Finally, an update!
The photos above are reasons why my animals are more entitled than you.
Obviously, there is no respect in this house. Only after going through my old photos do I realize this. They sit where they want to, sleep wherever is most comfortable...that is not limited to the bay window, a box of china, Dan's stomach when he is trying to work out and the couch cushion when I'm apparantly sleeping in Gabby's "spot." Good Grief!

If only I had gotten a picture of Lucy (my CAT) drinking out of the toilet today. I need some respectable animals. Anyone know of any?

(First Post!) We got our pool covered!

Dan finally ordered a cover for our pool. For a while I assumed he was going to leave it open for the winter. (maybe he was secretly hoping it would freeze over and turn into an ice rink)
So the box arrived on a Wednesday, and by Saturday Lucy and Ginger had found a new home. Who knew cardboard could be so occupying?!
Dan's brother was nice enough to come over on Saturday morning and spend the entire day helping Dan install the cover.
Gabby and Strido had a tough time dealing with the new cover. As you can see they were hesitant about retrieving there tennis balls every time they landed on the cover. Luckily Dan was there to reassure them that they would not fall in.
